Fixes:
- Fixed Amtarr not always taking fully reduced damage when starting his second phase
- Fixed a bug where you could obtain a life fragment earlier than intended
- Fixed a softlock in Tide Fields
- Fixed being able to leave Rhamos' boss room while the fight is ongoing
- Fixed a visual bug when riding the ferry
- Fixed a stuck spot in Tide Fields
- Made it less likely to get stuck in Krus's fight
- Fixed Russian having no crowdfunding credits
